You can change the reservation online up to 48 hours in advance of your supper.
Last minute changes or cancellations.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate last minute changes or cancellations, but feel free to have your friend visit in your place. (No need to let us know)
Will there be a line?
Folks that pre-ordered will be able to come into the space from 6 to 6:30 and skip the line. At 6:30 we open up to the general public, and while your meat will be set aside, you'll have to get on the line.
What's the latest I can show up?
We'll only hold your meat order until 9PM. After 9PM, we'll serve you if meat is left.
Is this only good for brisket?
Can I want to buy more brisket than I reserved?
You can add more to your purchase so long as we have brisket left.
What if I want to eat less meat than I reserved?
I can't make my reservation. Can I get my credit back?
